The New York State Senate passed Assembly Bill 7399, sponsored by Assemblymember Zebrowski, which amends the Real Property Tax Law. The bill was substituted for the identical Senate Bill 7360 following a motion by Sen. Weber to discharge it from the Committee on Rules. The measure passed unanimously on a roll call vote with 58 senators voting in favor and takes effect immediately.
